CHEF WALTER MANIKOWSKI:
Chef Walter Manikowski embodies the tastes of Southern California. The well accomplished chef has gained
accolades from various facets of the food service industry such as Food Networks "The Best of..." and
the "Santa Fe Restaurant Association".

At Currant Brasserie, Chef Walter has introduced a menu that represents Southern California cuisine coupled
with a French flair. Manikowski's tireless effort to provide the guest with fresh, sustainable farm-to-table
